If you've been injured by the Flu vaccine or any other vaccination - whether required for employment or not - your medical provider is required by law to report your adverse event and/or injury to VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.  However, many healthcare providers are unaware or unwilling to submit a report to this system.  Provide this information on how to report to VAERS to your medical provider or submit a report on your own:

VAERS is a national vaccine safety surveillance program run by CDC and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). VAERS serves as an early warning system to detect possible safety issues with U.S. vaccines by collecting information about adverse events (possible side effects or health problems) that occur after vaccination.
